CASP License Timeline in Poland

Time is ticking. Here’s what the MiCA transition timeline looks like:

📌 December 30, 2024 - MiCA regulations officially take effect.

📌 2025 TBD - Final deadline to submit CASP license applications (exact date subject to confirmation).

If you're operating under a VASP registration today, you’ll need to transition to a full CASP license to continue serving customers legally.

CASP License Requirements in Poland
