CASP License Malta
Malta, known as the “Blockchain Island”, has long been a leader in crypto regulation. However, with the introduction of the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation, all crypto businesses operating in Malta must transition from their existing Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) VFA registration to a CASP (Crypto-Asset Service Provider) license to continue operating legally within the EU.
